On April 11, the 17th Anniversary of the Chihuahua State Agricultural Council A.C. was commemorated, an event to which Engineer Francisco X. Valdes and Enginner Xavier Valdes were invited. The council has stood out for its defense and promotion of agricultural activity in the state. A great job by its president, Lic. Arturo Gonzalez Ruiz.
